The programme is on the right track towards implementing the directives of the wise leadership to reach the target of 3,000 loan beneficiaries during the current year with an average of 500 housing decisions per month, said Eng. Mohammed Al Mansoori, Director of Zayed Housing Programme.
Work is underway to develop integrated visions to achieve the UAE’S housing objectives, which represent a major theme for the next 50 years, raise the level of happiness and quality of life and support family stability and well-being, he added.
The housing file is a priority within the UAE’S strategic orientations for the next 50 years and is personally followed up by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, he said.
The directives of the wise leadership and the ambitious decisions and initiatives concerned with the housing file reflect its constant interest and keenness to meet the aspirations and needs of Emiratis, provide them with means of decent life and ensure the well-being of their families, he added.
Al Mansoori pointed out that the programme is keen on co-operating with various government entities concerned with the housing sector as well as partners from national banks and the private sector with the aim of unifying the efforts of all relevant authorities to respond to Emiratis’ needs for quality government housing.
