Positive Energy highlights the many ways the Australian Government is reducing emissions and creating new industries and jobs across the country.
The Australian Government is investing $20 billion in renewable energy, next-generation energy technologies and emissions reduction projects between now and 2030.
Plans include:
Clean hydrogen. When used as a fuel, hydrogen’s only by-product is water. It produces zero carbon emissions.
Seaweed for livestock. A feed supplement that reduces methane by more than 80%
More rooftop solar. Australia is a world leader in solar silicon cell technology.
The new Positive Energy website features detailed information on the many innovations and projects planned or already underway.
