Australia Govt: The Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership

The Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership supports the next wave of female leaders. Successful applicants will receive a scholarship to undertake 1 of 2 courses offered by education provider, Women & Leadership Australia.

The scholarship is open to emerging and mid-level female leaders in the fields of renewable energy, energy management and carbon abatement.

The coalition will award 14 scholarships for the 2021 year:

4 places in the Executive Ready course for middle to senior leaders
10 places in the Leading Edge program, for early career leaders and managers.
The women selected to undertake the courses will be encouraged to establish a strong support network for each other.

Chloe Munro AO, was the inaugural chair of the Australian government’s Clean Energy Regulator, chair of the solar division of Impact Investment Group, and a leading Australian energy market expert.

In 2018, she was named as an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to public administration through leadership roles in the area of renewable energy, water and climate change process and reform, and to the performing arts.
