Subang:PT Pertamina (Persero) through the Marketing Operation Region (MOR) III continues to expand energy access for rural communities in West Java. Until mid-November 2020, Pertamina has presented 54 Pertashop units in West Java.
This week 3 new Pertashop units started operating in Subang Regency. The simultaneous inauguration of 3 Pertashop units was carried out on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, thus increasing the number of Pertashops in the Subang area to a total of 6 (six) points.
The locations of 3 new Pertashop points are:
- Mekarjaya Village, Kec. Compreng
- Sukamulya Village, Pagaden District
- Munjul Village, Kec. West Pagaden
54 Pertashop points that have operated in the West Java region, namely 10 units in the Bandung Raya and East Priangan areas, 10 units in the Purwasuka area (Purwakarta, Subang, Karawang) and Bekasi Regency, 18 units in the Ciayumaja area (Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka), and 16 units in Sukabumi and Cianjur areas.
Unit Manager Communication, Relations & CSR MOR III Eko Kristiawan said that the presence of Pertashop supports the Pertamina One Village One Outlet (OVOO) program in order to ensure Pertamina’s services to the countryside.
“Through Pertashop, Pertamina will continue to build cooperation to serve people to rural areas, by expanding the supply or availability of energy for people who are far from gas stations,” he said.
Eko said that Pertashop is present as a small-scale official distributor to serve consumer needs for Pertamina’s fuel, LPG and lubricants products. At Pertashop, people will get fuel at the same price, quality and dose as at gas stations.
“The 3 new Pertashops have a distribution capacity of 400 liters per day, with Pertamax quality fuel products that are channeled directly by tanker from Fuel Terminal Cikampek. With the same price and quality as gas stations, it is hoped that rural communities will feel the presence of Pertamina more, “he explained.
The inauguration was carried out by the Sales Area Manager Karawang Teuku Desky and was attended by representatives of the local government and community leaders.
Special on the first day, a promo was carried out in the form of filling 2 liters of Pertamax for free to the first 100 consumers of Pertashop and free merchandise for buyers of Brightgas refills / tubes of all variants.
Iwan Nirwana, Secretary of West Pagaden Subdistrict, who was also present to inaugurate Pertashop with Pertamina, in Subang Regency, appreciated Pertamina’s presence. “We thank Pertamina, because they have made gas stations in our area, hopefully it can help our people in rural areas in particular, in the current Covid situation,” he said in his remarks. **
