Gazprom: Alexey Miller and Alexander Beglov, Governor of St. Petersburg, discuss cooperation in creation of advanced urban environment

The current issues of cooperation were addressed at the meeting. In particular, the implementation of the city’s gas supply and gas infrastructure expansion program for 2021–2025 and the development of the NGV market were discussed.

Special attention was paid to the cooperation aimed at the creation of an advanced urban environment.

The parties confirmed the agreement previously reached on the implementation of the city’s initiative for the comprehensive development of the coastline in the Primorsky District with support from Gazprom, specifically, the improvement of the beach area in the Park of the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg, creation of sports and cultural-and-leisure infrastructure, and integration of the park into a single architectural and urban planning ensemble with the Gazprom Arena stadium and the Lakhta Center.
