Pertamina: Changes in Pertamina Upstream Subholding’s BOD to Drive Excellent Performance

PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia as Shareholders of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi have changed the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi structure. The director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi position’s inauguration and handover was carried out at the Inauguration and Handover of the Directors of Subholding and Subsidiaries of PT Pertamina (Persero) position, led directly by Nicke Widyawati, President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, Tuesday (27/9).

The Inauguration and Handover of the Position of the Directors of Subholding and Subsidiaries of PT Pertamina (Persero) appointed Mr. Wiko Migantoro as the President Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), replacing Mr. Budiman Parhusip. Moreover, Mr. Awang Lazuari was appointed as the Director of Development & Production, previously occupied by Mr. Wiko Migantoro. Lastly, the Director of Exploration also underwent a change, previously occupied by Mr. Medy Kurniawan and is currently held by Mr. Muharram Jaya Panguriseng.

This change is a common thing that occurs as part of the dynamics of an organization that strives to grow and develop and continues to race in achieving excellent performance.

With this inauguration, the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi’s structure is as follows:
