Pertamina: New Changes and Formation of PIS Directors, Continuing Global Business Acceleration Spirit

PT Pertamina (Persero) carried out changes of directors in the Sub Holding Integrated Marine Logistics PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.



The change of directors is carried out to strengthen management and encourage the company’s performance improvement as part of a global energy company, as well as part of the performance appreciation promotion. The new PIS directors’ inauguration was carried out directly by the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Nicke Widyawati.



The changed directors include the President Director, which was previously occupied by Erry Widiastono, and is now occupied by Yoki Firnandi. Other changes in directors are Director of Operations Arief K. Risdianto, now occupied by Brilian Perdana, and Director of Fleet, previously occupied by I Putu Puja Astawa, changed to Muhammad Irfan Zainul Fikri.

The President Director of PIS, Yoki Firnandi, previously served as Director of Refinery Product Optimization at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), Erry Widiastono now occupies as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of PT Pertamina (Persero). Director of Operations, Brilian Perdana, was previously Managing Director of Pertamina International Shipping Pte Ltd (PISPL). Meanwhile, Muhammad Irfan Zainul Fikri, now the fleet director, was previously the Vice President of Fleet at PT Pertamina International Shipping. Continuing the spirit of transformation, the two new directors are young directors who are ready to make an optimal contribution to the acceleration of the company’s business.
