Rosneft launched Apteka Auto road pharmacy service at the Company’s filling stations under Rosneft and BP brands. The initiative to provide affordable non-prescription and non-medicinal drugs to the drivers complies with Rosneft’s strategy of broadening the range of services at the Company’s filling stations.
Apteka Auto pilot project is being implemented at the Northwestern Federal District. The new service is already available at two filling stations in St.Petersburg, with another two being opened soon in the Leningrad Region. Salesrooms were upgraded, given the requirements to the equipment and the conditions of drugs storage and sales.
At Apteka Auto, filling station clients can buy non-prescription drugs and various non-medicinal drugs: medical supplies, health aids, cosmeceuticals, care products. The consumers can get help from qualified pharmacists to choose the drugs and health goods.
Commenting on the new Company’s initiative broadening non-fuel service, Avril Conroy, Rosneft Vice President for retail business, noted: «Customer-oriented approach, provision of the popular services at the filling stations, and high service level are the key priorities of Rosneft’s retail business growth.»
The launch of the road pharmacies network widens a range of goods and services at Rosneft’s filling stations and supports the population’s health, especially in the current epidemiological conditions.
