Russia Ministry of Energy: Illegal activities of officials of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Federal Energy Service Company” were suppressed

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Federal Security Service of Russia, in cooperation with the Department of Economic Security in the fuel and energy complex of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, stopped the illegal activities of persons from among the management of an organization subordinate to the Ministry of Energy of Russia – FSUE Federal Energy Service Company (hereinafter – FSUE FESCO).

In accordance with the information received, in the period from 2018 to 2019, the management of FSUE FESKO committed deliberate illegal actions related to the sale of federal property owned by the said enterprise on the basis of economic management rights, on obviously unfavorable conditions. These facts were revealed by the commission of the Ministry of Energy of Russia as a result of an audit of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.
