In accordance with the Basic Regulations for the Functioning of Retail Electricity Markets, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 442 dated May 4, 2012, and in connection with the expiration of the period for which the territorial grid organization was assigned the status of a supplier of last resort in the territory of the Republic of Kalmykia, the Ministry of Energy of Russia is extending the status of a supplier of last resort PJSC Rosseti Yug in the relevant area of ​​operation from January 1, 2022 until the date of entry into force of the decision on assigning the status of a supplier of last resort to the winner of the tender, but for no more than 12 months.
