Russia Ministry of Energy: Russia and Libya are preparing for the resumption of cooperation within the framework of the intergovernmental commission

Deputy Director of the Department for Foreign Economic Cooperation and Development of Fuel Markets Alexander Tolparov met with Charge d’Affaires of Libya in Russia Valid Ehsuna.

The parties discussed plans to resume the work of the Russian-Libyan intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation under the leadership of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Nikolai Shulginov and the Minister of Oil and Gas of Libya Muhammad Aoun.

The previous meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission took place in 2001.
